Dashboard Enhancements
Cash & Bank Status Indicator
The Cash & Bank chart now includes a visual status indicator that helps you quickly understand your cash position.
Status indicators:
🟢 Stable / Improving – Current cash position is equal to or better than the previous period.
🟡 Watch – Cash position has declined compared to the previous period.
🔴 Risk – Cash & Bank balance is zero or below.
Cash & Bank Performance
The Cash & Bank summary card now displays how your current balance compares with your balance 30 days ago, including the percentage increase or decrease.
This provides a quick view of short-term cash movement without opening detailed reports.
Profit & Loss YTD Summary
The Profit & Loss chart now displays a Year-to-Date (YTD) performance summary, including:
Net Profit or Loss
Profit Margin (%)
This gives you an instant overview of your business performance directly from the dashboard.
Vendors
Vendor Statement
A new Vendor Statement report is now available.
The report provides a complete account statement for each vendor, making it easier to review purchases, payments, outstanding balances, and account activity. It follows the same familiar format as the existing Customer Statement.
Reports
Daily Transactions Report (New)
A new Daily Transactions report has been added under Dig Deeper.
The report provides a journal-level view of all accounting transactions, allowing you to review detailed daily financial activity in chronological order.
Profit & Loss Comparison
You can now compare two accounting periods in the Profit & Loss report.
The comparison includes:
First period
Second period
Difference (Amount)
Difference (%)
This makes it easier to evaluate financial performance across different periods.
Cash Flow Comparison
The Cash Flow report now supports comparison between two periods.
The comparison displays:
First period
Second period
Difference (Amount)
Difference (%)
This helps identify changes in cash movement over time.
Account Transactions Report (New)
A new Account Transactions report has been introduced.
The report displays the net movement (Debit − Credit) for each account based on the Trial Balance by Month.
Features include:
Select a From and To month (MM/YYYY)
Compare with another month (up to two periods)
View movement differences for each account
Multi-Project Profit & Loss
The Multi-Project Profit & Loss report has been enhanced for faster performance and greater flexibility.
New improvements include:
Select and analyze multiple projects simultaneously.
View individual project profitability.
View a consolidated Profit & Loss across all selected projects.
Significantly faster report generation for large project selections.
These enhancements provide faster access to key financial insights, improved reporting flexibility, and better tools for monitoring business performance across your cash flow, profitability, projects, and financial transactions.
