Security

Manage your account security from one place. The new Security section combines password management, Authenticator App, Email OTP, Passkeys, and Recent Login Activity into a single, centralized experience.

Security

The Security section provides a dedicated place to manage your account security and authentication preferences. It brings together all security-related settings in one location, making it easier to protect your account, manage how you sign in, and review account access activity.

As part of this enhancement, the Change Password feature has been moved from Profile Management to the new Security section. In addition, the previous 2-Step Authentication settings have been expanded into a comprehensive security center that supports multiple authentication methods and greater visibility into your account activity.

The Security section includes:

Password

Manage your account password from a dedicated Password section. You can update your current password at any time to help keep your account secure.

Authenticator App

Strengthen your account with an authenticator app that generates one-time verification codes during sign-in. This provides an additional layer of protection beyond your password and is the recommended authentication method.

Email OTP

Enable Email One-Time Password (OTP) as a verification and recovery method. When available, Email OTP can be used to verify your identity if your primary authentication method cannot be used.

Passkeys

Sign in securely without entering your password by using Passkeys. Passkeys support biometric authentication such as Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or device security keys. You can register and manage multiple Passkeys for your trusted devices.

Recent Login Activity

Monitor recent access to your account by reviewing your login history, including:

  • Date and time

  • Authentication method used

  • Device and operating system

  • Browser

  • IP address

  • Login location

  • Trusted device status

This activity helps you quickly identify your recent sign-ins and detect any unexpected account access.

ℹ️ Information The new Security section centralizes all authentication and access management features into a single location, making it easier to secure your account, manage authentication methods, and monitor account activity with greater confidence.
