Recurring Bills
Recurring bills follow the same creation steps as regular bills but include options to set frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly) and payment terms. This feature is ideal for automating repeated expenses like subscriptions, or service contracts. Once set, NuMetric will generate bills automatically based on the defined schedule, helping ensure timely recording and payment tracking without manual entry.
Recurring Bills require the Recurring Transactions Module to be enabled in your account. This module allows you to automate bill creation by setting a billing frequency and payment terms. Without this module, the recurring feature will not be available.
