The Business Settings section in NuMetric enables users to configure essential company information, tax data, and system preferences. This foundational setup ensures invoices, e-commerce operations, and reporting are correctly aligned with legal, financial, and branding requirements.

Business Profile

  • Store Name: Public-facing name of the business or online store.

  • Business Type: Select from predefined categories (e.g., Accounting, Retail) to classify operations.

  • Address Details:

    • Line 1 & 2: Street and building/complex name.

    • City, Country, State: Auto-selectable fields for accurate location info.


Global Specific Tax Details

NuMetric offers e-invoices with globally readable and verifiable XML data to support standard e-invoice compliance. Contact us for more information.


Jordan Specific Tax Details

NuMetric is fully integrated with Jordan's Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD), offering a compliant e-invoicing solution aligned with national tax regulations.

Used for regulatory compliance and e-invoicing integrations:

  • Client ID / Secret Code: For authenticated access to tax portals or e-invoicing APIs.

  • Tax ID / Activity ID: Required to link business activities with national tax authorities.

  • Entity ID: Typically linked to national registry or economic entity classification.

  • Show Tax Number on Invoices: Toggle to display/hide tax ID on issued invoices.

  • JO-Tax Registration Toggle: Confirms whether the business is officially registered for sales tax in Jordan.

Saudi Specific Tax Details

NuMetric comes pre-configured to meet Phase 1 requirements of ZATCA’s e-invoicing regulations in Saudi Arabia. For Phase 2 integration, please contact us.

Financial Settings

  • Business Currency: Default currency for transactions (e.g., JOD).

  • Type of Organization: Legal structure like Partnership, LLC, etc.

  • Decimal Places: Choose between 2 or 3 decimal formats for financial precision.

Document Upload

  • Add Files: Upload supporting documents (formats: PNG, PDF, JPEG), often used for regulatory, verification, or branding purposes.
