We’ve improved the subscription screens to help you see which plans are visible on your now8 Digital page, track active subscribers, and review billing and cancellation details.
See your subscription plans at a glance
Go to Sales → Subscriptions to:
See whether each plan is Visible or Hidden on now8 Digital.
Check the current Active Subscribers count.
Filter plans by visibility or whether they have active subscribers.
Click an active-subscriber count to view the active subscribers for that plan.
Review subscriber details
Open a plan’s details to see its visibility and current active-subscriber count, alongside its subscribers and related invoices.
The Subscribers tab now includes:
Next Billing Date
Cancellation Date
Cancellation Reason, where recorded
A status filter for All, Active, Paused, or Cancelled
Active-subscriber counts exclude paused and cancelled subscriptions and remain independent of the selected date range.
Check visibility from Inventory
The Inventory → Subscription Plans list now shows whether each plan is visible or hidden. Continue managing visibility through the existing Create / Edit Plan screen.
Plan visibility and subscriber status are separate: a hidden plan can still have active subscribers.
