You can invite a new user to access your NuMetric account. Only give access to people you trust, since users can see your transactions and other business information. Learn more about all user types and what they can do.
User Position
In NuMetric, each account is owned by a single primary user (the Owner) who controls all settings and can add additional users based on the subscribed plan. The Owner can also assign one email alias to his account and designate users as:
Admin – Full access to all modules
Employee – Limited access based on permissions
3rd Party – External collaborators with customized access

User Permission
User permissions are managed through three distinct access levels for each module or feature:
Edit: Full access — user can view, create, update and manage records.
View Only: Read-only access — user can see the data but cannot make changes.
None: No access — the module or section is hidden or completely inaccessible to the user.
These permission levels can be applied per user and per module, allowing precise control over what each team member can do within the system.
