These reports require the Inventory Plus module, available with Retail plans, to enable full inventory tracking and management.

Having an easy, real-time view of your inventory helps you avoid stockouts, reduce overstocking, and make smarter purchasing and sales decisions. With NuMetric’s Manage Inventory feature, you can track item availability, stay organized, and maintain control, without the complexity. It’s essential for ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer demand efficiently.



Stock Summary

The Stock Summary Report provides a real-time snapshot of your current inventory. It displays each item's SKU, purchase price, selling price, weighted average price, available quantity, and stock value.

View your stock summary report

  • On the left-side menu, click Reports.

  • Under manage Inventory Section, Click Stock Summary.

  • Click Generate Report.

  • Download for a PDF copy.

Note: The Stock Summary Report displays inventory levels as of now, reflecting the most current stock quantities available



Low Stock Summary

The Low Stock Summary Report shows inventory items that have fallen below their defined low stock thresholds. It lists each item's SKU, purchase price, selling price, available quantity, and stock value.


View your stock summary report

  • On the left-side menu, click Reports.

  • Under manage Inventory Section, Click Low Stock Summary.

  • Click Generate Report.

  • Download for a PDF copy.

Note: This report reflects your current low-stock items in real time, helping you take timely action to reorder and avoid stockouts.


Item Summary

The Item Summary Report provides a transaction-level view of a specific item within a selected date range. It shows each transaction type, quantity, date, and resulting closing stock.

View your Item summary report

  • On the left-side menu, click Reports.

  • Under manage Inventory Section, Click Item Summary

  • Select the date range.

  • Select the Item.

  • Click Generate Report.

  • Download for a PDF copy.

Note: Use this report to track item movement over time and understand stock behavior linked to purchases, sales, or adjustments.
